XXXX XXXX obtained a mortgage. Closing disclosure had me for an excessive amount of property tax. I was told with it being a new build I would go to the tax office and get numbers updated and submit to them. Did this No change. They keep assessing XXXX taxes {$4000.00} above what they should be. For XXXX they sent me a XXXX XXXX refund check. I asked them to adjust my escrow and they still haven't done. I was even recently told after my 50th call since XX/XX/XXXX that they had to let it go through a full cycle. Meaning it would have to be a full tax year in the house. That's been done and now as of XXXX XXXX they are continuing to put my property taxes in excess of {$6100.00}, even though the bill they paid was around {$2800.00} this year and XXXX for XXXX year. I have tried talking to everyone I could no success. This is causing stress and alot of time and money as next steps are legal action. I just need them to adjust my escrow to the right property tax amount. With them being a lender they are illegally taking my money which is helping them finance home loans so I'm basically a lender it's illegal and it has to stop. I feel this is apart of thjer strategy to get consumers to help them with loans, collectively {$6000.00} is impactful. I've called, sent over tax assessments reflecting right amount, requested property taxes be removed from my escrow. Every employee confir.s they can see that it's wrong but resolution is beyond them. I want my money back. Theyvare borrowing money from me monthly. I want interest on my money that I'm losing not having it in savings.
