I made a payment of {$50000.00} in XXXX XXXX XXXX to take care mortgage balance, which they didn't apply till XXXX They commenced to foreclosure on XX/XX/XXXX. I then sent another payment of {$57000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. They they returned a copy of my check, not the original stating it has been destroyed. They stated reason for return was the amount was insufficient to cure default. On XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2004-WHQ1 summoned me to court to petition in unlawful detainer. I went to courts for months pleading my case. Shortly after receiving email that my {$50000.00} finally applied to my account on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX dismissed the case. Now here we are in XXXX XXXX XXXX some unknown Person has a courtorder to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from my property. There has to be some type of fraud taking place in these matters. There's no way i should've been forclosed on.
