I received a title loan with One Main Financial. When signing all documents I was told that I had to purchase their life insurance on the policy. Every loans I have taken with them included a life insurance even if it was being refinanced another insurance policy was added on. I was told it was mandatory for getting the loan. Now that this has been brought to my attention with the lawsuit I am told otherwise. Also with paying off a loan and refinancing the interest rates were not recalculated. Meaning from the previous loan the final amount with the interest was carried over. I was also declared State and Federal XXXX. I was not giving the option stated in their contract any relief at all with the insurance. This was not fair to me or other consumers.
