I've been receiving phone calls starting at XXXXXXXX XXXX back to back multiple times I believe I counted as many as six calls before XXXXXXXX XXXX., when I answer the phone no one will speak I can hear background noise and voices in the background but no one ever acknowledges that I answered the phone. I have called to complain but they say initially they have not called until I say that I am making notes of this and have the call logs and are going to submit a complaint to consumer Finance protection bureau, then suddenly they are aware of the calls and sight technical issues or some other unknown issue. The phone calls however do not slow nor do they stop not speaking when I answer the phone. I have been receiving XXXX XXXX over the past few months, I do not believe that it is this company that is sending them, but when you receive XXXX XXXX alongside phone calls where no one will speak constantly it becomes unnerving and unsettling quickly. I have made my agreements known with the company to no avail and I'm now reaching out to my government for help. Is there anything that can be done about this? And should I contact an attorney about the harassment? I am afraid and unaware of what steps to take next about this issue, any help would be greatly appreciated. I will gladly give the call log history upon request because I think I have to pay to get a detailed list going back that far. Thank you have a nice day.
