I would like to emphasize that I have not granted authorization to anyone to access my private and confidential records, including the information that your agency is currently reporting. These transgressions directly infringe upon my rights as a consumer, particularly my right to privacy, as outlined in [ 15 USC 1681 ] ( a ) ( 4 ).
