Re : Violation of Federally Protected Rights to Privacy and Request for Account Deletion Dear Transunion, I received your response to my initial dispute with what I believe is a stall letter, an illegal practice. These letters have been logged with the CFPB. I am who I say I am and have submitted proof of identification address with my first dispute letters. I am sending clear proof once again of who I say I am and you WILL follow my instructions in regards to the handling of my personal information and data that you are furnishing incorrectly on my report. I will be suing our company for negligence and non willful compliance for the maximum allowable by law under 15 USC 1692k. I am writing in regards to several violations made by your company in relation to my consumer report. Your company has broken the law and violated my federally protected consumer rights. I under oath to God depose the following facts : Fact : Transunion does not have permissible purpose according to 15 USC 1681b ( a ) and has violated my federally protected rights. Fact : Transunion has violated my rights under 15 USC 1681d- Disclosure of investigative reports and has not given any explanation or proof as to why the disputed items remain on my report. This company has claimed to have completed investigations but has not reached out to any person and has not spoken to ANY INDIVIDUAL OR COMPANY regarding the validity of the data on my reports. THIS IS ILLEGAL! ( a ) Disclosure of fact of preparation A person may not procure or cause to be prepared an investigative consumer report on any consumer unless ( 1 ) it is clearly and accurately disclosed to the consumer that an investigative consumer report including information as to his character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living, whichever are applicable, may be made, and such disclosure ( A ) is made in a writing mailed, or otherwise delivered, to the consumer, not later than three days after the date on which the report was first requested, and ( B ) includes a statement informing the consumer of his right to request the additional disclosures provided for under subsection ( b ) of this section and the written summary of the rights of the consumer prepared pursuant to section 1681g ( c ) of this title ; Fact : Transunion has violated my rights under 15 USC 1681C-2 ( a ) by not respecting my initial requests to block information after submission and proof of identity theft on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Fact : Transunion has violated my rights as a United States consumer and my RIGHT TO RESCIND under 15 USC 1681C-2 ( c ) the accounts listed below from XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX Transunion has not investigated anything on my report and has not provided any proof of correspondence with any creditor or bank regarding my account as is the LAW. I have requested this information six times since XX/XX/XXXX. This has been documented by the CFPB. It is my right and I am now DEMANDING that the items below be removed from my report. Transunion has also violated my right to privacy and has blatantly lied about researching and confirming data furnished on my credit report. Because of these violations I am reporting this bureau to the CFPB, the FTC, and to congress. You have not withheld your grave responsibility to protect my consumer information as is your job as outlined by the governing bodies in the United States of America.
