Back on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I submitted the bill from the title company showing money was withheld at closing for taxes when I closed in XXXX of XXXX. I submitted a receipt showing my taxes where paid in full for the first half of the year and they still processed the payment they were not suppose to do so paying my taxes and did not reply to my communication that I sent over a week ago. My escrow account is now in a negative balance because the company did not communicate with me showing all the proof they were not responsible for paying taxes the beginning year. This has put my escrow is negative balance XXXX and I have to pay the difference.
