My online access to my account was revoked. No one reached out to me, I had to reach out to them. I was then passed around for multiple days and during this time started receiving notices of rejected autopayments from my bank ( customer of over 10 years ). They will not tell me what has happened or why my account is frozen and in the meantime my financial position, credit etc are being harmed.
