I transferred money to Wise at the end of XXXX from a business checking account, but made the mistake of setting up a personal account with Wise when trying to send the money. They then informed me they could not send my money along. You would think this would be an easy refund right? Wrong. My money has been in XXXX for two months. I have sent upwards of XXXX? ( XXXX? Ive lost track ) Emails back and forth over the last two months and they keep giving me contradictory information over and over on how to get my money back. -yes we can link your personal account and business account, actually no we cant do that -we can only refund your money with a XXXX transfer , actually no we cant do that why would you think that -yes we can send your money along to the recipient if you do XXXX, no theres no way we can do that Someone different responds every time, and will often point me in either a different direction or not help me or answer my question at all. For example they asked me to set up a transfer so I could get my money back, but that would require me entering an XXXX, which I dont have. Because its a XXXX XXXX. When I asked, they just directed me to a support page that had nothing about an XXXX on it. We just go around in circles. This has been the most ridiculous experience and I still dont have my money back.
