A payment was made to zales on XX/XX/23 for {$3200.00} and refund for the credit balance of {$1200.00} was requested on XX/XX/23. I was advised that it would be received via ACH within 17 business days then I was told 21 business days. It has been well over the time period & I requested in writing via electronic written message and it was supposed to be sent within 7 days of that request. Comenity bank is violating my rights as a consumer.
