This is in regards to an open dispute with XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$310.00} affirm has yet to resolve the dispute after their 90 day timeframe has lapsed, placing my account in CHARGED OFF STATUS which is a breach of agreement. I have attempted to resolve this dispute with customer service by telephone and email, support has repeatedly stated they have escalated the dispute to the appropriate team for review in resolving but have not received any response. I have email records from affirm stating the dispute was ruled in my favor and a refund will be issued, but yet the account has been placed into collections with XXXX XXXX XXXXollection agency
