This complaint is against Transunion. I submitted a complaint on XX/XX/2023 because Transunion dropped my score XXXX points overnight, and told me the reason was based on an algorithm. Complaint number XXXX. After filing my complaint, Transunion put my score back to where it was. Now, however, they are slowly lowering my score, XXXX points the other day, XXXX points today, to get me back to where I filed my complaint. While I realize scores are not going to match with other agencies, there should not be a XXXX point difference. And again, could not get a reason why Transunion only is lowering my score every few days. I want my score back to where it was. I pay my bills.
