On or about XX/XX/XXXX I obtained financing for an auto loan from Honda Financial Services DBA of American Honda Finance Corporation.I have reached out to them many times in order to resolve a credit dispute and they have been reluctant to further review and have denied further investigatation in this matter. On XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX I scheduled and made a payment in the amount of {$680.00} Confirmation # XXXX that was due for XX/XX/XXXX. For some unknown reason ( s ) Honda Finance reversed this payment back to me on XX/XX/XXXX. When I became aware of the payment reversal on XX/XX/XXXX I contacted customer service and made another payment in the amount of {$680.00} Confirmation # XXXX. I realized on or about XX/XX/XXXX that Honda Finance reversed that payment as well. I checked with the bank and enough funds were available in the account to cover both the payments. On XX/XX/XXXX Honda Fincance reported to the credit bureau for non-payment/late/missed payment on my credit report when I clearly made the payments and Honda Finance was negligent to collect the payments.
