I have been paying them monthly and emailed them asking how much is left. No response or monthly statements of balance. I dont have dates of when this started which is why I want to know and they dont seem to care. I spoke to them on the phone ( dont recall ) after receiving a letter ( dont recall ) stating they ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) are the collection agency for a XXXX XXXX credit card. I told them sure Ill pay my debt but they wanted more than I was able. So they said they could not formally agree but I could make payments in good faith. So I began paying and even raised it to XXXX XXXX/mo. I just now lowered to {$100.00} because they wont tell me where the balance stands.
