Consumer Narrative
I had an active XXXX XXXX account for many years until mid last year. My account was suddenly closed and all my money in the account returned. I tried to call and see what I could of done to have this happen to me and then and since then they just say I violated their terms and conditions but do no explicitly say how and why and what for. I have since tried to get another account but they are illegally storing my info in their system because I asked back in XXXX for it to be deleted but unknowingly because when k try to re sign up it says my email address and phone number are blocked.
