Sent statement back saying g never re eived anything. Sent statement in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, received Statement of Collection from North Shore Agency for the {$270.00}. In XXXX tried calling XXXX was put on hold then never answered and hung up. The collection had an email for contacting them with questions. Sent 2 messages.in XXXX still have not heard from them. Did ask them t show me what was sent and proof that they sent to me.
