I have made several attempts to reach kickoff but they only have contact options through email. I have a different number and can not sign into account The app is set up for you to pay XXXX & XXXX dollars a month to help build credit it says its a loan but there is no loan only my payments into a account that after a year I get returned I have. All the payments I made on file from my bank account XXXX up until my car and belongings were stolen in XX/XX/2023. After which a few months go by and my credit score dropped by over XXXX pts for default on payments. I never received any money nor do I owe them I in fact am owed the money I paid into my account but can not access due to not having the same phone number and the email they send to verify yourself has a XXXX min window after which you have to contact them again the response has always been days later and no resolution. My credit went from XXXX to below XXXX
