On the XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX I made a payment to my credit card company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had a balancer of {$480.00} and paid it off. The payment reflected on my account on the same day and my XXXX XXXX account was debited. I looked to payment on the XXXX XXXX XXXX and it was cleared and my account balance was XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX updated all of my information on the app. Recently I checked my Credit report and found out that XXXX XXXX was reporting my account as active in XX/XX/XXXX ; and not only that, the report says I am owing {$1000.00} with a credit limit of {$1200.00}. First and foremost, my initial credit limit with XXXX XXXX was {$1100.00} and I have paid off all my debt with them. I called the customer support center and was attended to on the XXXX of XXXX and I informed them of the recent development, the representative confirmed that I paid off XXXX account and we told him it was never updated since XXXX of XXXX. He took some seconds off came back and said that my payment was reversed. THAT INFORMATION IS FALSE! I went back to check by bank statement since XX/XX/XXXX the amount was deducted and was never reversed. XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting a false credit report and also telling lies about my payment. I have evidence of my payment made since XXXX and till this date my account states {$0.00}.
