I was looking at my report and notice that were some things that was not correct. I sent a letter to Experian on XX/XX/2024 here is my tracking number XXXX. It has been more than 30 days since the credit bureaus have not responded. That is a violation 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). According to 15USC 1681e ( b ) it states this ( b ) accuracy of report. Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. So then I ask them to provide a description of the investigation according to 15 USC 1681 i ( 7 ) ; ( 7 ) description of reinvestigation procedure. A consumer reporting agency shall provide a description referred to as paragraph ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) no later than 15 days after receiving a request from the consumer regarding the description But they did not do that as well. According to 15 USC 1681s-2 it states that A. ) Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors. A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer. Any reporting information agency must have reasonable cause. B ) Reporting information after a notice and confirmation of errors.
