I moved locations ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and was in another city away from the gym. I called to close account and they said I could close it with no closing costs because my new moving mileage was outside of the gym location. About a year later on XX/XX/XXXX, was contacted by a third party that I owed debt because collection had been placed. I was never notified of ANY debt owed from company and asked the company on XX/XX/XXXX to send email or mail with details and received nothing. I got a notice on XX/XX/XXXX that they place collection on my credit report. Living roommate texted manager of facility directly on XX/XX/XXXX about the inquiry with XXXX response.
