I disputed and submitted a complaint to CFPB on XXXX for a collection account with inaccurate data on my credit report which was then deleted from my reports by both XXXX and XXXX. However the account was then readded back to my XXXX report several days later. I went from XXXX derogatory remark to XXXX when it was deleted and back to XXXX again when the same account that was just removed was reported back on my XXXX report again!? How is this legal?! This is grounds for lawsuit! I want this account removed again and not placed back. I also want this report removed from my Experian report as they have failed to do so as well. Also I have been notified by XXXX of the data breach from 2017 that my information was exposed and have been trying to clean up all these negativities from my report since.
