I received a statement from Concora Credit, formerly Genisis Credit regarding my Destiny and Indigo Mastercards. This information advised me of a fee being added onto the card. I called Concora to discuss and they advised me it was a subscription. These are credit cards not subscriptions. Then I was told it was a reactivation fee. Again they are credit cards so they do not get reactivated. Finally I was told they were membership fees. Typically with memberships, there are benefits for the consumer. The two representatives could not give me one membership benefit to the membership for a credit card. They said the fee gives me access to now 29.9 % credit cards. I requested closing of the accounts only if they could provide credit deletion to not further harm my credit as they have already. This is robbery and taking advantage of people during a vulnerable time of inflation and a crashing economy.
