My information was sold and bought illegally because I was a victim of the Equifax data breach. I want these items deleted from my credit reports effective immediately. I'm attaching proof that Equifax has admitted that I was in fact a victim of this data breach. The engagement number Equifax assigned to me is : XXXX. Please help me delete these innacurate accounts from my credit reports. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Account Number XXXX XXXX I tried to apply for credit in XXXX because I lost my job during the Covid 19 pandemic but because my identity had been stolen I was not approved for credit to help pay my bills. That resulted in negative remarks on my credit report in addition to the identity theft. This remained the same in XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. ( I will attach some recent denial letters, copies of my FTC reports, etc. ) In XXXX I had to purchase XXXX XXXX to draft all of my letters to the bureaus. I also paid for various applications and subscriptions to be able to make my affidavit of identity theft, to scan documents for my FTC and CFBP reports, etc. I submitted a claim for the breach and I will attach a copy of that as well.
