In XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted applications to three ( 3 ) different rental properties to rent an apartment. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, received by XXXX XXXX Credit Card a total of {$320.00} ( {$75.00} Application Fee & {$250.00} " Administrative Fee ''. During the background check, XXXX XXXX used a " fraudulent '' overseas ( either XXXX or XXXX XXXX entity ) who " declined '' to offer rental due to a fake police report ( NO CONVICTION OR PLEADING ). As soon as XXXX XXXX notified me of the " police report '' which I explained was in ERROR, I rented at my current location after I notified XXXX XXXX of my decision to not trusting them to lease from them. I notified XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) ( XX/XX/XXXX ) demanded that they work with XXXX XXXX to return the {$320.00}, and on XX/XX/XXXX, notified me that XXXX XXXX returned the money. XXXX credited my account after providing ALL the documentation. On XX/XX/XXXX, I started receiving " threatening '' letters from Columbia Debt Recovery LLC, dba Genesis FOR {$400.00} on behalf of XXXX XXXX. Multiple attempts to contact XXXX XXXX and Genesis to stop the " fraudulent threats '' but to NO AVAIL and THEY CONTINUE on MONTHLY basis! Last " threatening '' EMAIL received on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX was/is OF NO HELP!!!
