In late XXXX of XXXX I received an email from XXXX XXXX telling me a collection account had been added to my credit report. This was the first time I was notified about this collection. I was never contacted by the collection company ( genesis management ). I was never contacted by the rental agency ( XXXX ) who they were hired by to create these fraudulent and false charges against me. My phone number has not changed since XXXX of XXXX. Furthermore when I moved out of the greystar property I paid 100 % of the charges I was notified of. Despite this, the company greystar stole my deposit ( {$200.00} ) with no explanation of the additional charges and now, XXXX years later, they are attempting to steal more money through fraudulent and criminal means. Neither of these companies have ever provided one shred of evidence to justify these charges. This is a clear example of criminal enterprises working together to create fraudulent charges against innocent people such as myself.
