Chime institution keeps denying my claim for the amount {$990.00} and they have proof that I had no knowledge of a transaction that occurred on XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$990.00}. I sent them XXXX XXXX statements directly from XXXX & even a message where I replied 'no ' when asked if I was the XXXX trying to make the transaction and somehow it still went through ( not on my wallet, someone used my debit card info and took money ) so I proceeded to provide them statements from my XXXX XXXX because that's what I was asked for so I contacted XXXX and got them the documents and it clearly shows that those transactions do not show up on my account. Somehow I keep getting denied with all then proof in the world. I've had my chime account open for months but never used it and they now just told me that there was plenty of failed transactions for XXXX when I was not active so I don't know what other pro they need.
