Consumer Narrative
I WAS XXXX days behind on my car payment to Carmax Auto Finance. They have called me XXXX times a day for the last XXXX days even though I told them I would make a full payment on XX/XX/24. I made the payment on XX/XX/24 through my online account and still received XXXX additional calls from Carmax this morning, even though my account is no longer past due. I acknowledge that I owe this debt and am working very hard to ensure that it is paid in a timely manner. I have proactively called Carmax many times and have answered all of their questions and paid as I have arranged with them every single time so I don't understand the continued harassment.
