For the last XXXX months I've requested equifax to work with me about my information stolen through their data breach. Equifax refused to acknowledge my claim, and for the last XXXX months, telling me I am not eligible for any settlement and that my data haven't been breached. I attempted many of time to depute for the last XXXX month to have them remove all items thats not Mines. Instead, they won't help unless I give them my Social Security Number in which I warned them that the law say never to give Social Security number to no one as writting in the book, and reminded them there's other ways to verify me so I can get this issue if identity theft over with. As always I feel they are the ones sharing my personal information that leads to me bank account monies missing and unwanted telemarketers calling. They claimed my address, name, and all information i gave them was wrong and they can't help me. This has been a routine all these months. And just as I figure, I was right about being a victim of their data breach, as I have proof through ( Federal Trade Commission ) website showing im part of the breach. Not only that, after giving them my Social Security Number after they claim not to be able to verify me this last time ( They have shared my information once again, having countless of phone calls coming to my phone from foreigners and telemarketers. All this started the day after, farther proving they are still selling me information cause me and my family danger and harm, even after placing my credit report on Freeze and locked. They continue to remove me Freeze and locked report. And claim for the last months that I never had my file froze, which they are the reason I started freezing my reports in the first place. Everything about equifax is a scam and I dont want them having my information as they have caused me to much harm and to many lies about what's really happening amongst them all about selling data. I want to file a claim for them lying refusing to acknowledge me as a victim & not locking and freezing my reports claiming that all the 100 times of contacting them never been about the dats breach. And to refuse to correct and update my information as I have a right, and for them not removing all items thats been placed on my credit report. And for them not allowing me to be apart and file claim on settlement payment payout throughout the settlement process. I want no parts of Equifax and have asked them over and over to no sell my information, and to lock my reports as they have refused to do so. 1. I want all items removed as I requested removed 2. I want them to file identity theft claim, and fraud claim. 3. I want to receive free monitoring of my report as FTA & Fair Credit Report Act show I am entitled to do to data breach and identity theft 4. I want my data breach payment they say im not entitled too & refused to acknowledge 5. I want 24/7 access to my reports online, as they have blocked me from accessing 6. I want my data protected and not shared
