XXXX-Submitted claim online for the Equifax data breach settlement. Claim number is XXXX It was determined ( and I have the screenshot ) that my information was affected by the Equifax data breach. My information was stolen due to Equifax negligence. This account is reporting inaccurately and needs to be deleted : XXXX XXXX/XXXX These accounts have erroneously decreased my credit limit and has subsequently hurt me as I try to reconcile the fraudulent activity and get my accounts restored back as they should. Due to Equifax data breach, these accounts were closed by grantor and need to be re-opened and my accounts reinstated to the credit limit I had previously as I gave no instructions to close these accounts.
