In XX/XX/XXXX my wallet was stolen and a rental car was taking out on my card using my id, the id and the debit card had two different names on them but was still able to be used, at the rental car company. I called and disputed the charges and they told me that it would take 10 days to investigate. After the XXXX days I was not contacted or sent a letter stating the findings, XX/XX/XXXX they put my account in a negative balance of XXXX $ and said that there was nothing else they could do about the situation.
