I have been back and forth with Equifax for since XXXX. They only do a portion of what I request then don't respond/ignore my other requests. I have XXXX accounts reporting inaccurate and negative information that is causing me great harm. I need these accounts deleted and removed immediately as I have no business with them and they are absolutely due to Equifax 's negligence in keeping my consumer information private. These accounts are as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CO XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent letter asking for removal of these accounts on XX/XX/XXXX. I have also tried to call multiple times and have encountered and endured long wait times with no resolution. This happened several times in XXXX. I have asked for my credit FILE as well as my credit report in the past. They have only sent my credit report. I would like to attain my credit file. Additionally, I can not access a downloadable version of my credit report from my equifax. When trying to go through free annual credit report, I can not get my credit report from equifax there either. This needs to be rectified immediately. I have reported Equifax to CFPB in XXXX. I will include in the attachments. Most of what I asked they continued to report fraudulent accounts as mine as I told them they were not mine. I asked for proof that they were mine. They ignored the question. I have sent an invoice for the violations they have tallied up against me. The number in XXXX was approximately XXXX violations and I invoiced for {$40000.00}. I have also submitted a claim online for the Equifax XXXX XXXX XXXX. I did that on XXXX. The claim number is XXXX.
