At the start of Covid I had applied for mortgage assistance XXXX XXXX had me sign a document that would push my mortgage back until I was caught up. The amount was for like {$77000.00} and some change. That was the first lien put on my property because I have a VA loan and so that being said there should not be another lien on my property. The first one was signed on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX to keep me in the home to help me with my payments to lower them, etc. etc. Then on the XXXX month of XXXX XXXX XXXX took it upon themselves without my knowing and my knowledge and a Forge signature, put a second mean on my property for {$21000.00} and some change. I did not find out about it until I started a refinance because I wanted to pull money out so I can do home improvements and to invest into four different investments, and to start my XXXX XXXX well the process started in XXXX the documents were requested in XX/XX/XXXX and the mortgage said OK well get this back to you in seven days. They realize that they put two liens on my property and failed to take it off within 30 days here it is now, XX/XX/XXXX. Now it is XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and so on and so forth mortgage has failed to present anything to take the lien off, and the reason is because they committed fraud by them doing this, it is preventing me from getting my four whole life policies which were locked in an age XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Im taking all their assets all of it number XXXX I have XXXX whole life insurance policies that were locked in at XXXX. If those policies go up because Im not able to pay for them because I was going to use my refinance for that then XXXX XXXX is going to pay for that as well separately, so that is why Im reporting this because they filed an incorrect lien on my property for my signature and then recorded it at the staff courthouse and the person is responsible XXXX XXXX XXXX for the notarization and the prepare XXXX XXXX and the problem is there can not be error of reporting because if it was air reporting you missing some XXXX or adding some XXXX let me one maybe Ive done it a week after this was done months after five months after so this cant be a clerical error. This is fraud to prevent me a person XXXX XXXXXXXX from prefer pursuing life of XXXX and all that this was purposely done XXXX XXXX mortgage to keep me from doing what I need to do
