I understand that TransUnion supposed to report Maximum accuracy on the consumer report.Today I looked on my consumer report in seen they they where reporting a inaccurate account that needs to be deleted immediately for failure on report accuracy this account does not even have a account number reporting.Also it was a charge off with a 1099-c form which is a cancellation of debt so its a tax write off and should not be reporting also. I will file a 3949-a form to the IRS FOR TAX FRAUD FORM THIS COMPANY IF NOT DELETED IMMEDIATELY I KNOW MY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER AND I AM Exercising them as a consumer this is illegal activities delete this account immediately and do respond back saying this account is accurate or verified because its not so delete it now
