XX/XX/2023 my certified letter responding to the debt within the 30 days time frame went unanswered. In this letter I requested proof of debt, itemized breakdown, any attempts previously made to collect the debt. I also requested that all correspondence be done by mail or email. XX/XX/2023 I called and asked if my letter was received. They said it had not been although it was signed for. I verbally requested items outlined above. XX/XX/XXXX a second call was made in which I was transferred to management and they attempted to get me to talk about the letter. I stated again all correspondence will be done by mail and asked for the items outlined above. XX/XX/XXXX I called again to request the items outlined above. I do not have high hopes I will receive anything.
