XXXX XXXX notified me about a credit card problem. Believe now it was pushing call. Connected me to case manager at National Protection Bureau talked debt settlement and connected me to Financial Solutions Group. XXXX. Spent hour on phone talking to XXXX XXXX XXXX. He transferred me around and then disconnected. I then got a call from XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX in NJ XXXX. She said I referred to them, not sure by whom. I explained it all to her. She felt that I was scammed.
