I was initially contacted by Professional Credit Services on my phone number XXXX regarding a debt collection call. They were looking for someone who was not me, XXXX XXXX. I told them during that phone call on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX at XXXX PST, that I was not the right person they were looking for. However, they have continued to call me even though I dont any debt to them. They have caused me stress, and emotional harm due to which I am unable to sleep at night and function properly during my day job. I am looking to seek a damage compensation and violation of privacy from them. I am attaching a screenshot of a call from their numberXXXX on XX/XX/ that was verified by the carrier during which I told them I am not the right owner of the debt and not to contact me. And additional screenshots of phone call and voicemails, regularly past that date in a daily basis despite of XXXX request.
