My account was suspended back in XX/XX/ after I paid my account in full for the amount of XXXX and my account has continuously been automatically suspended due to " credit ''. Back in early XXXX, I experienced a death in my family resulting in my traveling out of state and not being able to work for several weeks. Because of this, I was not able to pay my bills in time. Now, my financial situation has drastically improved and I am still unable to use my card. This is creating an issue trying to travel for work, renting a car, etc.
