Subject : REMOVAL OF DISPUTED ACCOUNT ON CREDIT REPORT- FCRA VILATION. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally request the removal of an disputed account account that appears on my credit report, specifically regarding an account associated with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX As per my rights under the FCRA law.
