I HAVE SUBMITTED PREVIOUS DOCUMENTS TO TRANSUNION AND THERE IS SOME INFORMATION THAT IS NOT RELATED TO ME. AS I HAVE NEVER AUTHORIZED IT TO BE ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I HAVE SUBMITTED POLICE COMPLAINTS AND REPORTS OF IDENTITY THEFT. AS I WAS THE VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT AND THERE WAS INFORMATION THAT WAS USED TO MISUSE MY CREDIT. I HAVE REQUESTED PREVIOUSLY THAT THERE BE SOME INQUIRIES THAT WERE NOT AUTHORIZED BY ME AND A XXXX ACCOUNT THAT REPORTING ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I HAVE REQUESTED BEFORE TO DISPUTE AND DELETE THE INFORMATION THAT YOU ARE REPORTING IS WRONG. I AM SUBMITTING MY APPLICATION AGAIN TO DELETE THE INQUIRIES AND THE CREDIT REPORT THAT YOU ARE REPORTING IS WRONG AND INACCURATE.
