Someone at XXXX made an unauthorized charge on my bank account without my consent. Then claimed I didn't pay them, which I did. But then the company soon went into bankruptcy and lost their records. I've been trying to have this record deleted from my Experian account but Experian said they ran an investigation and validated the information, which they didn't. Also, Experian didn't provide me proof of their investigation.
