I'm going to file a personal law suit ... all the other credit bureaus has removed these items and has done there job and followed the laws and Transunion has not... XXXX XXXX CREDIT CARD IS A FRADULENT ACCOUNT OPEN TO A DIFFRENG ADDRESS THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO ME THAT WASNT ON MY CREDIT REPORT!!! I sent In my police report FTC report and they have not given me the signed ORGINAL agreement so I can see who open the account who signed the agreement... I have nothing!!! I need them to remove this account off my credit asap
