The company NATIONAL RECOVERY AGENCY is a debt collection company is abusing me by reporting three of the same exact alleged accounts exposing private medical information on my consumer discloser report. I mailed NATIONAL RECOVERY AGENCY recovery agency a debt validation letter just recently in which they will be receiving via certified mail. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act, I am aware that this is an abusive collection practice per 15 USC 1692e ( 10 ), 15 USC 1681s-2, 15 USC 1692e ( 14 ), and 15 USC 1692f ( 1 ). The behavior the debt collection company is using is both abusive and deceptive because NATIONAL RECOVERY AGENCY furnished 3 of the same accounts as if each amount for each of the exact same reported accounts are owed which reflects a balance of more than {$2000.00} per account. This is not only damaging to my consumer disclosure report but is also emotionally stressful because I know for a fact, I do not owe the amounts NATIONAL RECOVERY AGENCY are insinuating. I know that debt collection agencies that lie and use abusive practices to collect debt are liable to me per 15 USC 1692k Civil liability and by the FTC, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ), and state governments. The FCRA provides for maximum penalties of {$4700.00} per violation in the case of lawsuits brought by the FTC. FCRA 616, 617, 621.
