I ordered something from XXXX in XXXX that was never delivered. I have reached out to both Affirm and XXXX to let them know I never received the item. They keep telling me it was delivered but provide no proof but claim there is a delivery photo. They have yet to show me the photo as I believe this was delivered to someone else. I did not receive this order and am not going to make the payments on the loan for merchandise I never received. I have been disputing this for 2 months now and getting nowhere. I have had several loans with Affirm and have had no issue repaying them, but I will not pay when I have nothing to show for it. I have disputed with XXXX and been put on hold for hours only to be hung up on. I have disputed with Affirm who only tell me to contact XXXX. I am not paying anything else on this loan and will dispute it with the credit bureau if it is put on my credit report. I have an open lawsuit already with XXXX, I will gladly add this to the suit if it is reported.
