I received a lawsuit coming from state of Texas in XXXX XXXX that accused me of owing a big sum of tax money from a property that I dont even own for {$17000.00}. I tried to send their letters back but they did not stop previously prior to sending me a suit last XX/XX/2023. The law office of Linebarger Goggan Blair and Sampson, LLP which is headed by a Lawyer named XXXX XXXX kept harassing me. They included my name in a lawsuit with people I dont know, I have no relation with and never knew or not a relatives of mine. I have never been to Texas let alone own a property to a state I never lived.
