I call every week to Amex requesting information about the charges and how the account was opened. I am told that I am not allowed to have the information because I did not open the account. They say the information is private. But every month they dont have a problem using my social security number and reporting me for not paying my bill. I call every week about this and they just tell me to be patient they are working on this. I have verified that they have not been honest with me.
