On XXXX at XXXX my Cash App account was debited {$580.00} in association with activating a prepaid XXXX card on my deceased father 's phone. This occurred when I attempted to download XXXX and was prompted for credit card information. I inadvertently used a card that was supposed to be deactivated after reporting it lost 2 years ago. Despite it being reported lost and supposed to be deactivated ( you have to deactivate to activate a new card ). the transaction still processed, resulting in a significant and unexpected withdrawal from my account. I immediately contacted Cash App support on XXXX and was initially informed that the transaction had been voided and the fund were back in my account and everything was fine. However, not even 12th hours later, I discovered that the charge was not voided and the funds were deducted, leaving my account in a negative balance. Upon filing a dispute my dispute was denied when this transaction shouldn't have happened in the first place considering the card was supposed to be deactivated since i had activated a new one well over 2 years ago but on-top of that cash app had the charge voided/canceled but now i'm being denied my dispute and being sent into a loophole with support who refuses to answer any questions of mine. I have not ate in 3 days I have no fuel to get to work i have no one to help me, each time i get on the phone with someone I am given the same prompts and have to explain the same situation over and over again I also I rely on cash app to run my business and now can't do so, leaving me completely stranded here. XXXX said there's nothing they can do on their end as far as refund upon speaking with XXXX the senior advisor of media and purchases she informed me that XXXX will not be able to resolve the claims even though XXXX refunded XXXX XXXX of the charge which feels like a major slap in the face. This is not my debt it's not under my name, this was a mistake and I was not informed by XXXX or cash app and i did not approve of this transaction on-top of that attached are documents to relieve my late father who passed away XXXX XXXX due to XXXX of any debt.
