I have a Chime bank account, I transferred money from my personal XXXX XXXX checking account into my chime account I linked my bank account to my chime account last year this year I wired {$100.00} into my chime account chime locked me out of my account they wanted proof of identification so I sent proof of identification well then they wanted two forms of identification so then I sent them another email of two forms of identification then they wanted the two forms of identification plus they wanted the transaction of the {$100.00} going into the chime account, so I sent them everything they asked for well now they want the last three transactions from my XXXX XXXX account every single thing I send them they want more they don't have any phone numbers that I can talk to them The only way I can contact them is through email. My credit builder card I can not turn off because my chime account is locked and every time that credit builder card takes a hit with no money on it my credit score goes down so chime is XXXX up my credit score by not letting me in the account to turn off the card.
