My car was repossessed at XXXX, no action can be taken on my part until XXXX as their offices are closed until that time. This is a blatant misuse of power aimed at forcing a consumer into accruing tow fees, impound fees, and in my case auto body damage caused by the tow service and tow yard. I also have now needed to spend additional money on XXXX in order to get my car back out.
