On two different occasions, I rec 'd 2 XXXX that I did not order. Returned 1st phone on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX. Returned 2nd phone on XX/XX/2022. I was originally contacted by XXXX XXXX claiming to be with XXXX about an upgrade to my current cable service and was supposed to receive 2 new XXXX XXXX Nothing was mentioned about an XXXX at all, not part of a promo or addition to the service. Not mentioned period. I called the day I rec 'd and was told to return to XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ), which I did and have furnished XXXX receipts 3 times to debt callers claiming I kept the phones. I even contacted XXXX directly and was told to mail phones to the above location, which I did. I continue to receive harassing calls about these phones, which I don't have and threats to send the debt to the credit bureau. My credit score is XXXX - not the type of score that I earned by stealing/keeping Iphones.
