On three separate occasions I used the pay anyone feature at Chine Bank. You use the person 's phone number to send them funds and they can access the money even with no Chime account. I entered my XXXX XXXX XXXX phone number correctly ( verified on XX/XX/24 by Chime ) but apparently they have an account already associated with her phone number and told us she already had an account and I couldn't get the money returned bc it had been claimed. There's no way it was her as she was XXXX at the time and could not even open the account. The account has to be fraudulent and even has her first name attached. The error is clearly there's bc she has had this phone number for XXXX years. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to rectify this bc I did nothing wrong. I attempted to send my daughter cash on three occasions to her own phone and they gave it to someone else. They it in a dispute and less than XXXX hours later denied the claims.
